hi there, my name is heather and i am so glad you are here!
i live in southern minnesota with my beautfiul family. my husband, jared and my eight-year-old son, xxander. my husband and i are originally from southern california, where we first meet in high school. but as life would have it, we grew apart, moved away and made a life of our own. it wasn't until 2019 that fate would have it, we reconnect through social media. we long-distanced dated and marry shortly after. he and xxander lived in minnesota, so after the wedding, we jumped in the car and traveled acrossed the country to start a life together. and what a blessing it has been.
photography has always been a part of my life. from getting my first real camera for christmas, when i was 12 years old, to taking photographs of everything, always with one in my hand. in my early twenties i was gifted my father's nikon and new i wanted to make this dream of being a photographer a reality, so i began to work with family, then friends. now, i am growing my portfolio, sharing in the joys of peoples documented lives and it is a dream come true.
